In the spring of 2023 Quinn began teaching skating lessons at Port Moody Recreation, teaching kids from ages 3 to 13 how to learn the basics of ice skating. After over a year working for Port Moody Quinn and other colleagues of his joined "Karen's Hockey School", a hockey development company for helping youth hockey clubs fine tune their skills. Since joining the company, Karen's Hockey School has grown immensely, and has become a popular group to work with in the youth girls hockey community. Many associations such has Tri City Predators and Port Moody Minor have collaborated with Karen's Hockey School to help further develop there players.
When Quinn joined the team, he acknowledge that he wasn’t the best at working with kids, but after over a year of working and trust from his employer, he has improved and is now confident to run his own classes.
Quinn loves coaching hockey and hopes to continue working with Karen’s Hockey School for years to come.
